Celtics 97, Warriors 99 - January 10, 2014
Gerald Wallace missed a 3-pointer at the final buzzer Friday night and the Celtics fell to the Warriors 99-97 in a back-and-forth tilt at ORACLE Arena. Stephen Curry had nailed a deep, contested jumper with just more than two seconds remaining to put the Warriors on top before the C's had their last chance to win the contest.
Three Celtics earned double-doubles in the loss, led by Jeff Green, who had a game-high 24-points to go with 11 rebounds. Kris Humphries had 16 points, a game-high 14 boards and three blocks while Jared Sullinger chipped in with 21 points and 11 rebounds of his own.
