Celtics 105, Clippers 111 - January 8, 2014
A combination of turnovers and missed free throws doomed the Celtics Wednesday night as they fell to the Clippers 111-105 in Los Angeles. Boston struggled to score early in the fourth quarter but used timely steals and clutch baskets to make a final-minute run that came up just short.
Jeff Green earned a double-double with 15 points and a season-high 11 rebounds. The Celtics' starting backcourt of Jordan Crawford and Avery Bradley accounted for 48 points (24 apiece) and 10 assists in the loss.
