The Celtics nearly completed an incredible comeback from a 23-point, fourth quarter deficit but they fell to the Knicks 103-102 on Wednesday night in Providence, R.I.. Phil Pressey gave the C's their first lead of the second half with a left-handed, driving layup with 22.4 seconds remaining in the game before Tim Hardaway Jr. hit a baseline jumper to secure the win for New York.

Hardaway Jr.'s game winner halted a 20-4 Boston run that began with 4:26 left on the game clock. Pressey led the Celtics in both points (13) and assists (seven), while Chris Babb pitched in 12 points off of the bench.
