The Celtics jumped out to an early double-digit lead and never looked back as they cruised past the Sixers 92-79 Saturday night in Boston. The C's held Philadelphia to just 28 points in the first half in a game in which Boston never trailed.
Kevin Garnett and Jeff Green combined for 35 of Boston's 92 points, with Garnett shooting 9-for-11 from the field for a team-high 19 points and Green chipping in with 16 points on 7-for-12 shooting. Rajon Rondo had seven points, 11 assists and nine rebounds.
