Celtics 98, Jazz 93 - November 14, 2012
The Celtics' defense held firm in crunch time and the C's surged to a 98-93 win over the Jazz on Wednesday night in Boston. The Jazz had a chance to tie the game with 7.9 seconds remaining in the game but Boston's stifling defense forced Mo Williams to miss a contested 3-pointer.
The story of the game was the strong performance of the C's bench. Leandro Barbosa grabbed the reigns of the Celtics' offense and put in 16 points and three assists after Rajon Rondo left the game with a sprained right ankle. Jeff Green also shined by scoring seven of his 16 points in the fourth quarter.
