The Celtics played without the Big 3, Mickael Pietrus and Rajon Rondo and still fell just short of a huge win in Atlanta, falling to the Hawks 97-92 Friday night. Avery Bradley led the shorthanded C's with a career-high 28 points and a game-high four steals.
Marquis Daniels played his best game of the season as well, finishing with 12 points, four steals and a team-leading eight rebounds. The C's also got 17 points from Keyon Dooling on 7- of-10 shooting.
