Celtics Struggle In Philadelphia, Fall to 76ers
The Celtics failed to capitalize on an opportunity to take the Atlantic Division lead Wednesday night, falling 103-71 to the 76ers in Philadelphia. Paul Pierce led the C's with 16 points but his team looked tired in the second night of a back-to-back.
JaJuan Johnson was one of the few bright spots for Boston with his 10 points and five rebounds in just 13 minutes of action. Evan Turner led the Sixers with a career-high 26 points, while Nikola Vucevic had 14 points and 12 rebounds.
