Re: Boston's fourth quarter shooting:

"I thought we got really good looks for the most part; I really did. Now, we tried to go through their length a couple times on the interior, and probably not the greatest percentage shots, in that regard, but we had a number of corner threes, we were really looking to push it up the court and make plays, we didn’t play tentative – that was a different fourth quarter than we played here when we blew a couple of leads the last couple of weeks. I thought we were much more aggressive, and for whatever reason we didn’t make shots. And you know, that’s frustrating because I think that’s two nights in a row where I felt like we did a lot of good things other than that, and really, to me crediting New Orleans is the right thing to do because they hit three shots in a row that were big-time. (Anthony) Davis hit that left-handed hook, (Tyreke) Evans hit a contested challenged runner, and I’m missing – oh, and (Eric) Gordon banked one in. And, I mean, those shots were big shots that went in for them."

Re: If he liked Avery Bradley's late drive:

"Yeah, I did. I did. And we went quick and we went aggressive and we had a chance to get the rebound if it bounces right. We got to the middle of the court; that’s pretty good. Now I think him either shooting a pull-up or maybe floating it up there may have a little bit more of a chance against that length, but I don’t fault him at all for that move. That was a good solid play."

Re: If the last play was drawn for Jared Sullinger:

"We had a number of different things we were trying to do, but at the end of the day I thought – I just watched it again on film – New Orleans did a great job, they switched everything, and they had a line-up in that could switch everything. And Davis adds that element. Kind of like when we play (Brandon) Bass at the five, or Hump (Kris Humphries) there, a lot like when – who did we play a couple of weeks ago, Cleveland maybe? – when you need a three without any other timeouts and you can’t get a two, these guys were very disciplined in guarding the three-point line well. They defended it very well."

Re: How to keep morale high:

"Focusing on the right things, focusing on what you can control. Yea, it’s frustrating, three one-point losses in the last three weeks. So that’s a hard thing to swallow, but at the same time it’s not like they’re laying down. They’re coming out and competing and tonight they had every excuse in the bookay if they wanted to use it, and they didn’t. They played again. I’m disappointed we couldn’t get the win, but I’m proud of the way they played."

Re: Play calling in crunch time:

"Well, you lookay at – obviously we’ve got four guys out on the floor in Jordan (Crawford), Jared (Sullinger), Avery (Bradley), and Jeff (Green) that we’re going to try to have at least some spacing for and give them as options. And to be candid again, they guarded it really well, but it was designed for multiple options."

Re: His collision with Ryan Anderson

"I don’t know. I really don’t know. I didn’t see him; I don’t know what happened or what... I’ve been there. I’ve been on the floor two or three times in my career. I know the feeling. I know what he’s going through, the thought process, I mean I know the whole process of him laying on the floor waiting on a stretcher to come get you. So my whole thing was just the activity to see him fall, see him moving, and it’s the biggest precautionary reason but like I said, I’ve been in that situation more than one time, so I just want to make sure that he was fine... I couldn’t tell you, man (what happened.) I honestly don’t know. I didn’t even see him. We collided; I didn’t even know he was there. He said he was all right."

Re: Tough finishes at TD Garden lately:

"You can’t dwell on the past, we are headed on a five or six game road trip. We just got to try to figure out what’s the problem and move forward... We aren’t making shots when we were making shots, it was all good when we was making shots but now we have to rely on our defense to get stops. We can’t try to make that big shot in the last couple of seconds or trying to make that big shot."

Avery Bradley

Re: His approach to the upcoming road trip:

"All we can do is continue to focus on the next game and continue to stay positive."

Re: Frustration with losing:

"Sometimes when you have a young team that can happen but we’re sticking together and Coach has been telling us that it’s fine, you know, we’ve got to stick as a team, and that’s our mindset."

Re: The Pelicans finding their rhythm:

"Well you know we had a rough couple of days, tough loss in Minnesota, and we were going to practice and on our way to practice we had to get out of Minnesota so we’ve been ripping and running a lot like them (Celtics). I thought that we weren’t sharp because we hadn’t practiced, but that was no excuse for the sluggish play in the first half. I thought they (Celtics) did a good job of being physical with our guards; we really couldn’t initiate any offense because of Bradley’s (Avery) pressure. Down the stretch we just found ways to make plays. They killed us on the boards; it seemed like all day they were getting second chance points, I know they had 13 in the first half. I don’t know what they ended up with, 28 for the game, so we struggled there. We just found a way to grind it out and get a big win."

Re: Tyreke Evans, Eric Gordan and Jrue Holiday:

"We believe that either one of those guys can make a play. Jrue (Holiday) was certainly off tonight, but Tyreke (Evans) and Eric (Gordon) were making plays. I like the fact that on the defensive end they just knuckled up and got us stops. I didn’t feel like, besides Bradley’s (Avery) 3, I didn’t feel like he and Crawford (Jordan) had the impact that they typically have. But those three guys were sometimes undersized with that group and it poses problems with other teams especially off the dribble."

Re: A win before playing Indiana and Miami:

"You don’t think in those terms, you are just thankful for the win. We’ll deal with Indiana tomorrow, but right now we’re just concerned with Ryan (Anderson) and his condition. How we play tonight; the NBA is just a tough grind, you’re going to have a schedule that at some point you’re going to lookay at it and just laugh, but you got to do your job and that’s what we’ve been trying to do all year."

Re: Ryan Anderson's status:

"I can’t really disclose that stuff. We are just praying for his health. He looked like he was ok. I was more worried about his mother, I know she’s at home a nervous wreck so hopefully she hears this message and is cool with the fact that he’s okay and in good hands."

Anthony Davis

Re: Ryan Anderson:

"It was tough. It’s a sad situation. You don’t want to see one of your guys go down, especially one of your leaders. We just prayed for him, but at the same time we’ve got to try and win the game. From that point on we just tried to win it for him."

Re: Grabbing ahold of the game:

"Both teams were battling. They got a lot of second chance points, but we executed well. We got a lot of execution down the stretch and evened out the game; got that big rebound."

Re: Playing Indiana soon:

"They probably, if not the best, team in the league. We definitely got to come out and compete. In the NBA when you have back to backs you have to come out and compete, and guys need to step up so we will do the same thing tomorrow."

Brian Roberts

Re: Getting the ball late:

"Feels good to have the confidence of the coach and my teammates in a situation where we need to put free throw shooters on the floor. Coach kind of designed it where I was the guy who was going to come get the ball so it felt kind of good to go out there and knock them down."

Re: The weather in Boston:

"Well I’m from Toledo, OH so I’m kind of used to this kind of weather, maybe not so much all at once, but it’s a little colder than New Orleans for sure."

Re: The difference in the game:

"I think we just executed. We got some crucial rebounds and I think defensively we put them in some tough situations down the stretch and we were able to rebound. That’s where they kind of had an advantage is offensive rebounds so once we cleared that up we were able to pull up."
