Celtics Make History, Blow Out Bucks in Statement Win

Defense was the name of the game Sunday night as the Celtics held the Milwaukee Bucks to just 56 points in 48 minutes of basketball, setting a franchise record for fewest points allowed in the shot clock era as the C's steamrolled the Bucks 87-56 at home.

Boston's patented defense smothered Milwaukee throughout the game, holding the Bucks to just 31.4 percent shooting on the night.
