How do I view my Celtics account online?
Account Manager allows you to view your season ticket account online. Features include ticket forwarding, printing, resale, and invoice viewer. Account Manager allows you to manage your tickets to upcoming events and distribute your tickets up to one hour after tip-off so that they never go unused.
How do I log into Account Manager?
To log into Account Manager visit the ALL ACCESS page, click on "Manage Your Season Tickets" and log in using your account ID or email address and PIN.
What if I don't know my Account ID and/or PIN?

To contact your Account Executive log into Account Manager and click "Contact Us." You may email your AE or call the direct phone number provided. You may also call the Sales Office at 866-4CELTIX and ask a representative to direct you.

My tickets were lost or stolen. How can I replace them?
If your tickets are lost or stolen you can log into Account Manager and forward or print your tickets. This will deactivate the barcode on the original tickets. If your tickets are stolen please file a police report in the jurisdiction in which the theft took place and forward a copy of the police report to your Account Executive or the Celtics Sales Office. If you would like your tickets reprinted and left for pickup at the TD Garden Box Office on the day of game there will be a $20 reprint fee.
Where should I go if I need assistance while at TD Garden for a Celtics game?
If you have not yet entered the arena you may see a Celtics representative at window 2 at the TD Garden Box Office beginning two hours before the game. Once inside the arena you can find Celtics representatives in the Guest Relations office on level four of the arena, between loge Sections 3 and 4. Representatives will be in Guest Relations from the time the gates open until at least 15 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

What time do gates open for a Celtics game at TD Garden?
Gates typically open two hours before game time for Premium seating and one hour before game time for loge and balcony seating.
Do I need a ticket for my child?
Children two years old and younger do not need a ticket for entrance to a Celtics game at TD Garden, provided they do not need a seat of their own.
What if I need ADA seating for a Celtics game?
Season tickets may be exchanged for accessible seating on a game-by-game basis, depending on availability. The season ticket member will be responsible for paying the difference if the value of the ADA tickets exceeds the value of the season tickets. How do I get a message posted on the Jumbotron during a Celtics game?
Season ticket member requests for Jumbotron messages are accommodated on the basis of availability and must be submitted at least 48 hours before the game. Depending on the request the season ticket member may be asked to make a $50 donation to the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation in order for a message to be posted on the Jumbotron. How can I upgrade my Celtics season ticket location?
Each year after you have renewed your season tickets you will have the chance to submit a relocation request. If there is an opportunity to offer you a seat location change, you will be contacted by the Celtics Sales Office. No changes will be made to season ticket seat locations without authorization from the season ticket member. All upgrades are based on availability.
How can I add additional season tickets to my account?
A request to add additional seats to your season ticket account may be submitted after renewal during the relocation request process (see "How can I upgrade my Celtics season ticket location" above). If there is an opportunity to offer you additional seats, you will be contacted by the Celtics Sales Office. No changes will be made without authorization from the season ticket member. Additional seat requests are fulfilled based on availability.
I'm unable to use my tickets for an upcoming game - can I donate them?
Tickets for any Celtics home game at TD Garden can be donated to the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation (BCSF) through the Shamrock Dreams program. The BCSF will distribute your generously donated tickets to charitable organizations throughout the Boston area to be used by local children who may not otherwise have an opportunity to attend a Celtics game. Tickets can be donated through Account Manager and must be donated by 11 a.m. on the day of game for weekday games and by 11 a.m. on the previous business day for weekend games. How do I receive the latest updates on benefits and events open to me as a season ticket member?
Information about benefits and events is sent to season ticket members primarily through the Celtics Insider email newsletter. Season ticket members should typically receive about 1-2 Insider e-mails per week during the season and about one Insider email every 2-3 weeks during the off-season.
What if I am not properly receiving Celtics Insider e-newsletters?
If Insiders are not reaching your inbox it could be due to spam or junk mail filters, a full inbox, or an incorrect email address on file. First, try adding email@example.com to your email contacts or address book and check your spam or junk mail folder for Celtics Insider messages. What is Club Green? Can season ticket members join Club Green?
Club Green is the official fan membership program of the Boston Celtics. Benefits of Club Green membership include access to the season ticket waiting list, ticket presales, and offers from Celtics partners and sponsors. Season ticket members can purchase a Club Green membership but most benefits available to Club Green members are offered to Celtics season ticket members as well. Club Green does make a great gift for family and friends who would like to become a part of the Celtics family.
