Where can I find more information about upcoming events at the Quicken Loans Arena?

How can I receive hotline notices?
Cleveland Cavaliers Season Ticket holders are sent concert and event announcements via fax or email. If you would like to activate your account, please contact our MVP Service team with this information at 216-420-2140 or at

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are printed and mailed approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Where will my seats be located?
For the majority of our concerts and events, Cleveland Cavaliers Season Ticket Holders will be placed in the Quicken Loans Arena Club sections.

How many seats am I allowed to order?
You can order up to the amount of tickets that you have on your Cavaliers account. The number of hotline tickets purchased must match the number of seats in your account. (With a maximum of 8 tickets per show/per account.)


What if I lose tickets for a Cavaliers game?
You can contact your Client Experience Specialist or call 1-800-915-CAVS (2287) to verify that you are the account holder of record and have your tickets reprinted and left in Will Call to be picked up 60 minutes prior to the game. A $5 per ticket convenience fee will be assessed at the time of the requested reprint. In order to claim your reprinted tickets at the Quicken Loans Arena Box Office, you or your guest must bring a photo ID. The Cavaliers reserve the right to revoke ticket reprinting privileges at any time.

How can I forward my Cavaliers tickets via email?
Flash Seats is the only way to electronically transfer tickets. With Flash Seats, lost, stolen and forgotten ticket issues are eliminated. If you currently use Flash Seats, you can easily transfer your tickets by selecting the seats you’d like to transfer, then entering the name and email address of the person you are sending the ticket to. If you are not currently using Flash Seats and would like to convert your ticket package, please contact the Client Experience Team at 1-800-915-CAVS (2287) today!

Court Club
The Key Private Bank Court Club provides fans a private, court level “behind the scenes” location for the ultimate in pregame, halftime and postgame entertaining. Access is limited to specific floor seating that includes membership into the club and allows members the opportunity to get an up close and personal look at the NBA athletes, all-inclusive and unlimited fine food and more. If I would like to buy additional tickets to a Cavaliers game, can I just call my Sales Representative?
You can call your Client Experience Specialist at (800) 915-CAVS (2287) to purchase additional tickets.

Where can I find information on disability seating?
Prior to concerts and events, information about Disability Seating and Service can be acquired through the Quicken Loans Arena Event Information department at 216-420-2200 or toll free at 1-800-332-2287.

At actual Quicken Loans Arena concerts and events, you can go to a nearby Guest Services location where they can assist in your relocation for disability seating. Numerous Guest Services locations can be found throughout the Quicken Loans Arena.

Accessible seating is limited. A request for accessible seating does not guarantee an accessible seat, but we will try to accommodate your requests as best possible. We reserve the right to limit the number of companion seats. The number of canine companions may not exceed the number of accessible seats purchased. You are bound by the ticket purchase limitations as other ticket purchasers.

We reserve the right to address fraudulent purchases or requests for accessible seats to the extent provided by law. ADA ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation which may result in relocation or revocation of tickets, ejection or forfeiture of payment on your seats.

Season Ticket Holder Information

Are my season tickets / any payments made toward my season tickets refundable or exchangeable?
No, unfortunately all season ticket commitments / payments made over the phone, submitted with an invoice, paid for online or paid for in person are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes any full and installment payments made on your season ticket package. The no refunds/ no exchanges policy is listed on all season ticket correspondence, including your season ticket invoices and in your season ticket holder handbook.

Is there any season ticket holder specific information, such as a newsletter?
By logging onto, you will have access to our season ticket holder newsletter, and all information relevant to season ticket holders.

Can I bring outside food into the Quicken Loans Arena?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Quicken Loans Arena. However, Quicken Loans Arena concession stands offer a variety of foods, including kosher food. People with medical dietary needs should contact Event Information at 216-420-2200.

What is the banner/sign policy at Quicken Loans Arena?
Banners and signs may not be hung anywhere inside the venue unless authorized by Quicken Loans Arena. Unauthorized signs or banners must be returned to your vehicle.

Where is the Lost and Found located within the Arena?
Please report a lost item to one of our Guest Services Desks located on the Main Concourse near Section 100 or on the Upper Concourse near Section 233. To learn if a lost item has been found call 216-420-2195 the day after the event.
