Wine & Gold Finals Watch Party for Local Veterans

With excitement levels at an all-time high in Northeast Ohio, on Thursday the Cleveland Cavaliers helped one very special group of people get “ALL IN” for the NBA Finals. With a packed house at Quicken Loans Arena for the Game 1 Official Road Game Watch Party, presented by Bud Light, the Cavs also took the postseason fun to the Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio Veterans Domiciliary at Wade Park. The team hosted a private watch party for the more than 100 former military personnel currently residing there.

The Wine & Gold took over the Domiciliary for Game 1, bringing in giant televisions, decorations, giveaways and even a photo booth from Rock the House. The Cavs also provided dinner from food truck favorite B&M BBQ for the residents before the game and each veteran also received their own Cavs swag bag. Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza Company also served up mid-game snacks. Plus Cavs in-arena host Ahmaad and members of the Cavalier Girls and Scream Team were on hand before the game to really get the party going and help get everyone #ALLinCLE.
