Cavaliers forward LeBron James received a follow-up exam and MRI at Cleveland Clinic today related to his sore right wrist following last night’s game in Detroit. The exam and MRI revealed a right wrist sprain. James is OUT for tonight’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers at Quicken Loans Arena. He is also currently listed as DOUBTFUL for Friday’s game against Sacramento at The Q. James will receive continued treatment and evaluation and his status will be updated as appropriate.
