CLEVELAND, June 28 – The Cleveland Cavaliers have acquired a second-round pick in the 2006 NBA Draft from the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for guard/forward Jiri Welsch, Cavaliers General Manager Danny Ferry announced today.

Welsh, acquired by the Cavaliers on Feb. 24, 2005 from Boston, played in 16 games for the Cavaliers posting averages of 2.9 points and 1.8 rebounds in 12.0 minutes. In 189 career games, he has averages of 6.7 points and 2.6 rebounds in 19.7 minutes per game.
