TeamBuilder Alliance has launched a 12 city national tour that will provide 1) a workshop and resources for local sports teams’ senior executives on how valuing diversity can improve their business; and 2) a series of candidate forums targeted to underrepresented groups including women and people of color who are interested in a career in the sports business. The candidate forums will include panel discussions with sports business insiders, industry information, networking opportunities and valuable take home resources that will supply attendees with the tools and knowledge necessary for building a career in the sports business.

Turnkey Sports Executive Director Amber Hamilton said, “TeamBuilder Alliance is committed to promoting more diverse front offices because it makes sense from a business and ethical perspective. Our goal is to give the sports industry resources to meet diversity goals and have at the industry’s disposal a pool of qualified, interested candidates from underrepresented groups.”
