"AKRON, Ohio – The LeBron James fan who was once banned from The Q for running onto the floor during a Cleveland Cavaliers against the Miami Heat in 2013 is allowed back, the Cavaliers confirmed today.
James Blair, of Ashtabula, was banned indefinitely for sprinting onto the floor during a game on March 20, 2013, and approaching James, who was leading Miami to an eventual 98-95 victory. Blair, who was 21 at the time, wore a homemade T-shirt that said "We miss you" on the front and "2014 come back" on the back – both obviously directed toward James." CLICK HERE to read full story.
Coach Blatt says he and LeBron James want to do 'something special' for Ohio
Author: Joe Vardon

"AKRON, Ohio – With his first training camp as Cleveland Cavaliers coach fast approaching, David Blatt said he's on the same page with superstar forward LeBron James.
"I think we both have the same goal in mind and that's to do something special for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the state of Ohio," Blatt told a group of reporters Monday following the Cavaliers' annual charity golf outing at Firestone Country Club. "We're on the same page, on the same wavelength, and I'm expecting things to go very smoothly."
Training camp starts Saturday for the Cavaliers, who enter the preseason the odds-on favorite to win an NBA championship in June – something the franchise has never done. There are actually several reasons Cleveland is a favorite (one of them being All-Star forward Kevin Love, who was at the golf outing but not available to the press). But it all starts with James, who jolted the NBA on July 11 when he announced he would return to Cleveland after four years – and two titles -- in Miami." CLICK HERE to read full story.
Cavaliers General Manager David Griffin says the roster is set for training camp, will not give up on adding Ray Allen
Author: Chris Fedor

"AKRON, Ohio -- When the Cleveland Cavaliers start training camp on Saturday, the players suiting up won't look like the team that ended its season more than five months ago with a win against the Brooklyn Nets.
There are only five players (Anderson Varejao, Dion Waiters, Kyrie Irving, Tristan Thompson and Matthew Dellavedova) remaining from that roster, which finished 33-49 and missed the playoffs for the fourth straight year.
The team needed to make some changes. With financial flexibility, trade assets and draft picks, it was important for the Cavs to spend wisely and make the right moves. That's exactly what General Manager David Griffin has worked to do the last few months." CLICK HERE to read full story.
