CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The question of when Kevin Love would become a full-fledged member of the Cavaliers' Big Three was simply the wrong question.

That query dealt with the perceived strengths of the 6-10 power forward, a "stretch" big who could play inside and shoot 3-pointers too.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- "Kay Felder ... unbelievable pick by the Cavs."

Those words came from Gary Waters, the coach of Cleveland State.

An estimated 200,000 people lined the streets in downtown Cleveland for the Indians’ 1948 World Series celebration. The city didn’t even bother to have a parade for the Browns’ 1964 NFL championship.

Of course, city officials more than made up for that slight by having the granddaddy of them all Wednesday. As many as 1.3 million fans came downtown for the Cavaliers’ parade and rally to celebrate their first NBA championship.

Let me tell you, it was a logistical nightmare getting in and out of the downtown area. I’ve made hundreds of trips downtown over the years as a Cavs beat writer. None was as hairy as Wednesday. - CLICK HERE to read full story.
