"About the NBA coaching search.

It's worth remembering that the Cavs aren't the only team looking for a coach.

Others on the hunt are Minnesota, Utah, the Lakers and the Knicks.

So five teams need a coach.

Think about this for a moment. Former Lakers coach Phil Jackson is president of the Knicks. Jackson does not want to coach, so he needs one." - CLICK HERE to read full story.

Cavs Report: Griffin, Lue impress in coaching interviews
Author: Sam Amico
Publication: FOX Sports Ohio

"Some news on the Cavaliers as NBA draft month is upon us:

-- Bulls assistant Adrian Griffin interviewed for the Cavs' head-coaching position early last week, and the Cavs came away impressed. Griffin came off as very thorough, very structured. The Cavs and Griffin have spoken since the interview, sources said, and that's always a positive if you're Griffin and you want the job. Without a doubt, the Cavs are serious about Griffin.

-- The Cavs also interviewed Clippers assistant Tyronn Lue last week, and again, the Cavs liked what they heard. Lue came across as very passionate in the meeting, and the Cavs favor his offensive-minded approach. General manager David Griffin would prefer for the team to be built around a high-powered offense (with, of course, some decent defense)." - CLICK HERE to read full story.

Sam Amico: could be a month before Cavs hire new coach
Author: Henry Green
Publication: FOX Sports Ohio

"FOX Sports Ohio's Sam Amico made an appearance on 92.3 The Fan on Friday and had some interesting news on the Cavs coaching search. Amico said he suspects the search for the Cavs next head coach will go right up to the NBA Draft on June 26th.

"I don't think they’re going to make a decision before June 15 or so," said Amico.

As far as which direction the Cavs will go for their new head coach, Amico says David Griffin wants someone who fits, but Amico expects the coach to be someone who is highly offensive minded." - CLICK HERE to read full story.
