When the worst news of the exhibition season is DeMar DeRozan missing a 360 dunk, you know things are going you’re way.

That’s the story so far for the U.S. Olympic basketball team.

The Americans beat Argentina by 37. They pounded China by 49. And perhaps to show they’re determined to improve, they played China one more time — and won by 50.

LeBron's shoes dipping in price, feeling the burn of Curry's UA impact
Author: Zach Harper
Publication: CBS Sports

Usually as a player becomes more popular and their line of signature shoes becomes a staple of the industry, you see the price continue to either increase or at best remain flat. There have been reports that LeBron's shoes and the Kevin Durant's shoes have struggled to sell with their high prices. Durant's shoes have taken a $30 dip in price, as well.

LeBron James' Nike sneakers are about to get more affordable, with the brand planning to sell his forthcoming LeBron 14 shoe for $175. James' last full-on signature offering, the LeBron 13, retailed for $200. - CLICK HERE to read full story.

Author: Alysha Tsuji
Publication: USA Today

The Cavaliers received some special packages in their locker room on Wednesday. Fortunately for fans, Richard Jefferson was there to Snapchat (rjeff24) what was in the packages to give us a close-up look (as he’s known to do).

First, Jefferson walks in and notices a bunch of boxes at everyone’s locker.

Next, he says he’s going to open Channing Frye’s box instead of his own box. I thought he was joking. Jefferson was not joking — you can see Frye’s name at the bottom of the frame. - CLICK HERE to read full story.
