"Less than an hour after the release of The Essay, LeBron’s return to Northeast Ohio had already impacted the region’s economy.

Emily Axtell, 15, who lives three houses away from LeBron in what nine years ago was just another sleepy Bath neighborhood, was raking in the cash at a lemonade stand she set up with neighbor Caroline Stocker, 17.

A buck for a big glass, half a buck for a small. By 1:15 they had racked up 20 sales.
