ORLANDO, Florida – Cavaliers head coach David Blatt made the toughest decision he's had to make thus far as an NBA coach on Friday.

The Cavaliers were rolling defensively in the fourth quarter, and you could sense they were not going to allow the Orlando Magic to get this game.

A small lineup of Matthew Dellavedova, Dion Waiters, Mike Miller, LeBron James and Tristan Thompson was being used down the stretch to combat Orlando's small-ball unit. - CLICK HERE to read full story.

After playing a pair of road games in Florida, the Cavaliers will return to Quicken Loans Arena today for a matinee matchup with the Detroit Pistons. Tipoff is at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Cleveland (18-11) is 9-1 in its last 10 games at The Q, averaging 106.4 points on .502 shooting from the floor and 25.4 assists to just 13.1 turnovers during that span. They are outscoring their opponents by 9.6 points at home in those 10 contests (106.4 to 96.8).

NBA’s trading season has started early thanks to competitiveness in West

The NBA landscape today looks an awful lot like the real estate market: Location is everything. That’s particularly true in Cleveland, where location has twice blessed the NBA franchise that resides here.

Simply being the birthplace of LeBron James (or close to it) was enough to entice the world’s best player to come home; and being east of the Mississippi has provided the Cavs with precious time to help find their footing in their first year as contenders.
