"CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Cleveland Cavaliers have finalized their coaching staff for the 2014-15 season.

First-year head coach David Blatt will be joined by associate head coach Tyronn Lue, who was lured away from the Los Angeles Clippers earlier this off-season, and assistants Jim Boylan, Bret Brielmaier, Larry Drew and James Posey.

Boylan, an assistant with the Cavs last season, brings much-needed NBA coaching experience. Prior to joining the Cavaliers, he spent five seasons as the lead assistant coach of the Milwaukee Bucks. He served as the interim coach for the final 50 games of the 2012-13 season. He started his NBA coaching career with the Cavaliers in 1992." - CLICK HERE to read full story.

"Cavaliers coach David Blatt had a storied coaching career in Europe.

Because he lacks NBA experience, conventional thinking says he needed to be surrounded by legitimate knowhow.

The Cavaliers have hired two former NBA head coaches to his staff, in addition to a coach who appears to have “NBA head coach” written all over him.

The Cavaliers announced Blatt’s staff on Aug. 19. Jim Boylan and Larry Drew are former NBA head coaches." - CLICK HERE to read full story.

"David Blatt’s staff is complete, and it includes a coach who spent last season in Canton.

The Cavaliers announced James Posey as one of Blatt’s assistants on Tuesday. He’ll join associate head coach Tyronn Lue and assistants Jim Boylan, Bret Brielmaier, Larry Drew and Phil Handy on the bench. Handy and Vitaly Potapenko also will work in player development.

Posey, 37, spent 2013-14 as an assistant with the NBA Development League’s Charge under head coach Steve Hetzel. It was Posey’s first significant coaching job, and he impressed with his work ethic, attention to detail and ability to relate to players." - CLICK HERE to read full story.
