"CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Free agent forward Shawn Marion has committed to join the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.

Two weeks ago, the veteran swingman was spotted in Cleveland on a recruiting visit with General Manager David Griffin and head coach David Blatt. "CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Let's start with the obvious -- no LeBron James, no Shawn Marion coming to the Cavaliers.

Certainly not for the $1.4 million minimum veteran's salary that was agreed to on Sunday, according to league sources.
