A Recipe from Cleveland’s Own Michael Symon, Winner of ’The Next Iron Chef’ on the Food Network

Chef Symon’s Holiday Flank Steak with Salsa Verde:
Hanger steak marinade
Combine all and pour over hanger steak.
Let marinade overnight.
Grill to desired doneness.
Medium would be about 5 minutes per side.
Slice against grain and serve with salsa verde.
Salsa Verde with tomatoes
Rough chop parsley, garlic and shallots.
In a large mixing bowl combine juice from lemons and olive oil.
Add chili flakes and whisk again, toss with tomatoes and serve with hanger steak.
