Steve Liverani, Senior Vice President and General Manager, FSN Ohio, made the announcement.
Thirty-one of FSN Ohio’s 70 games will be featured in high definition this season. This represents an increase of more than 50% over last year’s campaign. Please see the schedule below for the designated games in HD.
As part of the ongoing television agreement with the Cavaliers, WUAB Channel 43 will once again simulcast five FSN Ohio games throughout the season.
Cavaliers legend Austin Carr will handle the color analysis for the entire 70-game schedule. Carr will join veteran play-by-play man Fred McLeod on the floor for his second season with FSN Ohio.
FSN Ohio continues its comprehensive coverage of the team by bringing back Cavaliers Live, providing fans with commentary, features, and in-depth pre-game coverage of the Cavaliers 30 minutes prior to every FSN telecast. The KIA Halftime Report also returns during all games this season on FSN Ohio.
Cavaliers Live, presented by GMC/Pontiac, returns following each game telecast, and features highlights, player interviews and analysis immediately after the game.
Rounding out FSN Ohio’s coverage is Access Cavaliers, a Cavaliers-produced show featuring all the behind-the-scenes information a true fan needs.
"Nobody covers your home teams like FSN Ohio,” said Liverani. “We cannot wait to provide Cavaliers fans with more games in HD and even more inside access and in-depth coverage of the NBA’s defending Eastern Conference Champions."
