CLEVELAND, April 5 – The Cavaliers have something to tell their fans and they plan on doing it in a big way during the final regular season home game vs. the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday, April 12th at Gund Arena. Loud and clear the Cavaliers will say “THANKS CLEVELAND” on what has been designated as Fan Appreciation Night presented by Cingular.
The game night will be a celebration of thanks to fans for the enthusiastic support they have shown during the season with over $250,000 worth of prizes to be given away throughout the night! In a “Shirts Off Our Backs & Shoes Off Our Feet” giveaway,
14 lucky fans will be randomly selected to win one game-worn player jersey and 28 will win one game-worn shoe from that night’s game.

Fans will also be treated to special messages and acts of appreciation from the players, and off-the-court activities will add to the high-energy fun that has been a part of the Cavaliers experience all season long.

The team has felt the love grow from the beginning of the season. As the Cavaliers enter the final stretch, they are enjoying the home court advantage averaging 18,121 fans per game with 14 sellouts to date and counting. Television ratings have increased nearly 300 percent since last season. The team is the talk of the town from water cooler post game breakdowns to family dinner table conversations. Cleveland loves their Cavaliers and on Monday, April 12th, the Cavaliers are going to return the affection at Fan Appreciation Night.
