Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena Announce Executive and Staff Promotions

Cleveland, Sept. 19 - The Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena organization recently made several executive promotions related to its continued growth and expansion. The announcement was made by Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena President Len Komoroski.

"Dan Gilbert and our ownership team have created a remarkable atmosphere for growth and success and these moves put us in great position to continue our development as an organization. They will help position us to grow our current business and, at the same time, develop and respond to new opportunities down the road," said Komoroski.

Kerry Bubolz has been promoted from Vice President / Corporate Sales and Broadcasting to Executive Vice President / Corporate Sales, Broadcasting and Minor League Operations. Bubolz will oversee the Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena corporate sales and broadcast team. He will serve as the president of the organization's new AHL franchise set to begin play in the 2007-08 season.

Chad Estis has been promoted from Vice President / Sales and Business Development to Executive Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer. Estis will oversee all Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena sales, marketing, advertising, promotions, game presentation, web site, corporate communications and community relations efforts.

Tad Carper has been promoted from Vice President / Communications to Senior Vice President / Communications. Carper will continue to lead all corporate and basketball communications, as well as team and arena web sites and community relations areas. Carper will continue to work directly with Cavaliers General Manager Danny Ferry and the Cavaliers basketball front office and team regarding basketball communications and team/player-related items.

Tracy Marek has been promoted from Vice President / Marketing to Senior Vice President / Marketing. Marek will continue to lead all marketing, advertising, promotions, video services, game presentation, performance teams, and merchandising.

Mike Ondrejko has been promoted from Director of Sales to Vice President / Sales. Ondrejko will lead all Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena tickets sales and suite sales efforts.

Randy Domain has been promoted from Director of Corporate Sales to Senior Vice President / Chief Operating Officer of the new AHL franchise. Domain will oversee all of the AHL franchise’s day-to-day business operations.

Mike Ostrowski has been promoted from Director of Ticket Sales and Service to Senior Director of Ticket Sales and Service. Ostrowski will continue to lead the Sales Consultant and MVP Service Teams and will now also lead the Ticket Operations area for the Cavaliers.

Troy Tutt has been promoted from Suite Sales Manager to Director of Suite Sales. Troy will now lead new sales and retention efforts related to all Quicken Loans Arena suites.

Jeff Lillibridge has been promoted from Website Manager to Director of Web Services. He will now direct all web site operations, design and content management and maintenance for cavs.com and theQarena.com.

John Manuszak and Garin Narain have both been promoted from Basketball Communications Coordinators to Basketball Communications Managers. Manuszak and Narain will handle basketball statistical information, assist with media servicing, supervision of the Cavaliers game night stat crew, production of game notes, and all basketball communications materials for both internal and external use.
