Cavaliers Host 10th Annual Career Fair

On Tuesday, February 24th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. the Quicken Loans Arena concourse will become a pathway to opportunity when the Cleveland Cavaliers host its 10th Annual Career Fair, presented by Dale Carnegie Training and University of Phoenix – Cleveland Campus, prior to the Cavaliers vs. Memphis Grizzlies game at 7:00 p.m.

Career Fair attendees will have the opportunity to meet with representatives in the fields of public relations, sales and business development, marketing, broadcasting, finance, journalism, advertising, sports medicine and more. Information will be given regarding full, part-time, seasonal positions, internships and volunteer opportunities.

The University of Phoenix – Cleveland Campus will also offer three one-hour seminars from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Full-Court meeting room at The Q. Topics to be covered include: preparing today for tomorrow’s opportunities, internet job searching, and handling employer transitions. All seminars are optional, and those who are interested can pre-register by February 18th and receive a free resume review service prior to the career fair. There is no additional cost to attend the seminars.
