CLEVELAND, OH - April 15, 2010 - The time is now …the stage is set…expectations are high… the excitement is building…and all eyes will be watching… When the Cleveland Cavaliers hit the court this weekend at Quicken Loans Arena for the start of the 2010 NBA Playoffs, the laser focus to bring home an NBA Championship will be like never before. Behind the team all the way will be a city, a regional community and a fan base that stretches far and wide that is ready, proud and passionate to let the world know that we are in it to win it - ALL TOGETHER!

“As we get ready for the national spotlight of the playoffs, the Cavaliers organization and our players are inviting all fans and our community to stand together, to cheer together and to believe together as we pursue our ultimate goal of an NBA Championship,” said Cavaliers President Len Komoroski.

The Cavaliers will face the Chicago Bulls in round one in a best of seven series that tips off with Games 1 and 2 being played at The Q. Game 1 on Saturday, April 17th at 3:00 p.m. will be broadcast exclusively on ABC. Game 2 is on Monday, April 19th at 8:00 p.m. and will be broadcast on TNT and locally on Fox Sports Ohio. All Cavaliers 2010 NBA Playoff games will also be broadcast on the Cavaliers flagship radio station WTAM 1100 AM.

For the second consecutive year, the Cavaliers enter the playoffs with the best record in the NBA (61-21), earning the home court advantage of 20,562 - the number of fans that filled The Q to capacity for ALL 41 home games this season, making it the first time in franchise history that the team has sold out every regular season home game. (Dating back to last season, including playoffs, the Cavs have sold out 77 consecutive home games.)
