Flash Seats makes it easy for Group Leaders to manage their tickets online. Group Leaders can now transfer tickets anytime to group members at our secure website. It’s an electronic ticketing system that is simple, safe – and it’s backed by the Cleveland Cavaliers!

CONVENIENT
Flash Seats makes it easy for Group Leaders to manage their tickets online. Simply transfer tickets to those who have purchased tickets through your group offer electronically via email. No paper ticket distribution or shipping.

GETTING IN
Instead of a paper ticket, your members choose a form of electronic ID to register (credit card or driver’s license) as their method of entry to the arena. Group members conveniently hand their choice ID to a Guest Service Representative who then swipes the registered ID at any entry gate on game day to print the member’s seat locator(s) identifying their seats. Group members arrive at The Q at any time. No waiting for late arriving members and no lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets.
