Pregame - The Cavaliers come into tonight's game thin at the point guard, with the late scratch of Jarrett Jack -- out tonight with back spasms. Kyrie is still nursing the left knee contusion he suffered the last two times these clubs met.

This is the third of four meetings for these two, with the final matchup coming on March 30. The only question about tonight is whether the Cavs and Pacers can settle this in four quarters. The Cavs last three home games have all gone to overtime (double-OT vs. Atlanta), the first time that's happened in franchise history. Varejao comes into tonight's contest averaging 18.5 boards per game over his last two and is five boards away from moving past LeBron James and into the No. 4 spot in career rebounding for the franchise. Dion Waiters comes into tonight as the highest scoring bench player in the Eastern Conference at 16.2 ppg as a reserve. The Cavs will need his offense and playmaking vs. the East's best team tonight.

Starting lineup: G Dellavedova, G Miles, F Clark, F Thompson, C Varejao
