Filling Out the Draft

The Cavaliers can make another big leap as a franchise on June 27, armed to the proverbial teeth with four of the top 33 picks in the 2013 Draft.

Throughout the years, those four slots – Nos. 1, 19, 31 and 33 – have produced their share of booms and busts. Will the Wine and Gold tab a Zach Randolph or a Quincy Douby with the No. 19 pick? Can they land a Gilbert Arenas in the second round? Only time will tell.
