(2) Sweepstakes open to children currently enrolled in grades kindergarten through 8th grade and who reside within a 75 mile radius of Quicken Loans Arena, except employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cavaliers Operating Company, LLC, Quicken Loans Arena, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents. Winner must provide parent/legal guardian consent to redeem prize.

(3) To enter, mail in a current and valid school grading card along with the individual’s name, address, city, state, date of birth and phone number to “Cavs Straight “A” All-Stars” 1 Center Ct, Cleveland, OH 44115. Entry deadline to win a pair of tickets to the Saturday, March 3, 2007 game vs. Toronto Raptors is Friday, February 9, 2007. Only one entry per person will be accepted during each drawing period. Winner will be chosen at random among all eligible entries and will be notified by mail. In the event the winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize, no other prize will be awarded.

(4) For each drawing date, two hundred fifty (250) winners will receive two $25 tickets to the designated game. The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends.

(5) Winner and his or her parents or guardian are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the game, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the team’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value.

(6) Approximate retail value of prize(s) is: $50.

(7) Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

(9) By entering, entrant and his or her parents or guardian agree to follow the Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify Westfield Insurance, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cavaliers Operating Company, LLC, Quicken Loans Arena and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

(10) In consideration for being awarded the prize, winner’s parent or guardian, on behalf of winner, hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winner’s name and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Westfield Insurance, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cavaliers Operating Company, LLC, Quicken Loans Arena and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, except where prohibited by law.
