How can I obtain an autographed item for my organization’s auction or raffle?
Please send a written request on your organization’s letterhead describing how the item will be used and how the proceeds generated will be allocated. Only 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible for donations of autographed merchandise. All requests should be sent to Jaime Diewald, One Center Court, Cleveland, OH 44115.

How far in advance should I send a letter of request?
Because of the volume of requests we receive, we require 6 weeks notice in order to process your request.
If I send in a basketball or jersey, can you have a player/the team sign it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to have such items signed, as we will not be responsible for lost items.
Can I receive more than one item for my event?
In order to fulfill as many requests as possible, we will only provide one item per organization per calendar year.
I live outside of Ohio. Will you still make a donation to my organization?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests we receive, we will only make donations to organizations in Ohio.
How can I request a player appearance at my event/school?
Please send a written request on your organization’s letterhead and include the type/nature of your event, the date, time, location and what you would like the player to do. How can I receive donated tickets for my group?
Through generous donations of our players and season ticket holders, we have a limited number of tickets available for donation to non-profit organizations. Please send a written request on your organization’s letterhead indicating the desired number of tickets. All requests should be sent to Holly Yanak, One Center Court, Cleveland, OH 44115.

The Cavaliers Youth Fund accepts letters of inquiry on a year-round basis. Grants are awarded quarterly.
