SHIRIN MALKANI
Senior Vice President, Legal and Business Affairs As Senior Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs, Shirin Malkani manages the NBA’s domestic digital content initiatives and pay television offerings, NBA TV and NBA LEAGUE PASS. Prior to joining the NBA in 2008, Malkani served as General Counsel of Ziff Davis Media Inc., the New York City-based publisher of PC Magazine, Electronic Gaming Monthly, and other consumer technology and gaming print publications. In addition, she served as Group Counsel for American Express. Malkani spent the first six years of her legal career at the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where her practice centered on digital media and emerging technologies. Malkani holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.S. in Foreign Service from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. 1/2013 |
