ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. Open to residents of Canada who are at least thirteen years of age as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit of one entry, per person, per e-mail address, per Sweepstakes Period, for each of the nine monthly draws detailed below. Entries made during a current Sweepstakes Period are not eligible for subsequent monthly draws. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. Entries that contain typographical or other errors, are altered, tampered with, incomplete, inaccurate, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations are also void.

You are not eligible if you are an employee of the National Basketball Association, its Member Teams, NBA Media Ventures, LLC, NBA Properties, Inc., or NBA Canada, Inc., (collectively, the "NBA Entities"), NCH Promotional Services, Headline Media Group Inc.'s The Score, Reebok Canada Inc., QTG Canada Inc., Basketball Alberta, Basketball British Columbia, Basketball Quebec or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies (collectively with the NBA Entities, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), or a member of the immediate family or household of any of the above. In these Rules, "immediate family" means husband, wife, father, mother, brother, sister, son and daughter.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes Period one begins at 12:00pm January 15, 2004 and ends at 11:59am February 2, 2004. Sweepstakes Period two begins at 12:00pm February 2, 2004 and ends at 11:59am March 1, 2004. Sweepstakes Period three begins at 12:00pm March 1, 2004 and ends at 11:59am March 31, 2004. Sweepstakes Period four begins at 12:00pm March 31, 2004 and ends at 11:59am April 30, 2004. Sweepstakes Period five begins at 12:00pm April 30, 2004 and ends at 11:59am May 31, 2004. Sweepstakes Period six begins at 12:00pm May 31, 2004 and ends at 11:59am June 30, 2004. Sweepstakes Period seven begins at 12:00pm June 30, 2004 and ends at 11:59am July 29, 2004. Sweepstakes Period eight begins at 12:00pm July 29, 2004 and ends at 11:59am August 31, 2004. Sweepstakes Period nine begins at 12:00pm August 31, 2004 and ends at 10:00am September 15, 2004. Each Sweepstakes Period closes as stated above. The entire Sweepstakes ends with the close of Sweepstakes Period nine at 10:00 am September 15, 2004.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.nba.com/canada and complete the online entry form and confirm compliance with the Official Rules and Regulations. Completing and submitting the online entry form qualifies a participant for one entry in a draw to be conducted in association with the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES: One prize is available to be won during each of the nine Sweepstakes Periods. Each prize consists of an NBA Reebok prize pack featuring an NBA Reebok replica jersey and a pair of Reebok Mad Talent II shoes. The approximate Retail Value of each NBA Reebok prize pack is $200.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning a prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: There will be nine monthly draws. The first draw will take place on or about February 13, 2004 from all eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period one. The second draw will take place on or about March 12, 2004 from all eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period two. The third draw will take place on or about April 19, 2004 from all eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period three. The fourth draw will take place on or about May 14, 2004 from all eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period four. The fifth draw will take place on or about June 11, 2004 from all eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period five. The sixth draw will take place on or about July 9, 2004 from all eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period six. The seventh draw will take place on or about August 13, 2004 from all eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period seven. The eighth draw will take place on or about September 10, 2004 from all eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period eight. The ninth draw will take place on or about October 13, 2004 from all eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period nine. Winners will be selected in a random draw to be made by NCH Promotional Services on or about the dates indicated above at 661 Millidge Ave., Saint John, NB at 8:30 am Eastern Time.

Determination of all eligible prize winners shall be conducted by NCH Promotional Services, whose decision shall be final.

The selected winners will be notified by phone and/or mail. To be officially declared a prize winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question. This skill-testing question, along with the Declaration of Compliance with Sweepstakes Rules and a Liability and Publicity Release, will be forwarded to the attention of the selected entrant by courier promptly following the draw. If the selected entrant is under the age of majority, his or her parents or legal guardian will also be required to sign the aforementioned documents including an indemnity of the Sweepstakes Entities regarding the selected entrant’s acceptance of the prize. Failure by any selected entrant to complete, sign and return any of the aforementioned documents within five business days after notification is sent to the address on the selected entrant’s entry, or the return of prize documents as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner in the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any other reason the prize cannot be awarded, another Sweepstakes entry will be randomly selected by draw until the prize has been awarded. Failure of the selected entrant to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the random selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Communication will be entered into only with selected entrants.

RELEASES, ETC.: The prize claimants will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with Sweepstakes Rules and a Liability and Publicity Release, releasing the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any liability in connection with this Sweepstakes and/or the prizes. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province), voice, statements relating to the Sweepstakes, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation or authorization, in any publicity in any form or media (including the Internet) carried out by the Sweepstakes Entities or any related entities in connection with this Sweepstakes. If an entrant under the age of majority wins a prize, the prize will be awarded in the name of that entrant’s parent or legal guardian. If an entrant under the age of majority wins a prize, the parent or legal guardian of that entrant must sign all declarations, releases, consents and affidavits of eligibility required by the Sweepstakes Entities.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify this Sweepstakes in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules and Regulations. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible or garbled entries, mail or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.

Prize winners will be required to follow all directions and instructions of the organizers or their receipt of their prize may be denied. All decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sweepstakes Entities and none will be returned. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws. By entering this Sweepstakes, the participant acknowledges having read these rules and agrees to be bound by them. In the event of a dispute regarding submission of an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account: i.e. the individual who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address.

Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

NBA Entities are collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by the entrant unless the entrant provides the Sweepstakes Entities with explicit permission to do so. QUEBEC RESIDENTS: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
