I'm a big guy and I'm trying to work on my lateral movement. It's not as quick as I want it to be. What can I do?
Jay Triano:
One of the best things you can do to improve your quickness is skip rope. This will help your foot speed. Any type of foot-quickness and agility drills will help. Something many people do not know is that stomach and core strength will help with how quick you can move your feet. Good luck!
