From Jordan in Toronto, ON:

What is the best technique for improving my ball-handling skills?

Jay Triano:

The only way to improve your ball-handling skills is to have a ball in your hands all the time. Make the ball be one with your hand. Dribble to school, home from school, on the pavement, on the grass, in the snow. Use left and right hands equally. Use your imagination and dribble around defenders, and cones and chairs.
