Why aren't any CIAU players ever drafted into the NBA? Are they even eligible to be drafted into the NBA directly from the CIAU?

Good question. William Njoku was drafted in the second round by the Indiana Pacers in the 1994 NBA Draft and he played at St. Mary's University in Halifax, NS. In 1983, Gerald Kazanowski was drafted by the Utah Jazz and he played at the University of Victoria in BC. So to answer your question, yes, CIAU players are eligible for the NBA Draft.
