LOST, STOLEN AND COUNTERFEIT TICKETS

The only official and secure places to buy Bulls tickets are Bulls.com, NBATickets.com, the United Center box office, Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster locations, NBA.com or by calling 1-800-4NBA-TIX. Fans who obtain tickets in unauthorized ways such as StubHub, eBay, TicketsNow or Craigslist, or from other fans outside the United Center, run the risk of buying lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets which will not be honored for admission. And those tickets will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.

iPHONE, DROID, BLACKBERRY AND OTHER MOBILE DEVICES

Handheld PDAs and cell phones are allowed in the United Center, but digital tickets and ticket bar codes cannot be scanned from those devices. All guests must present a physical ticket, or if received by email, a printout of the actual ticket. This includes season tickets and single game tickets purchased online or forwarded by email through authorized outlets like Bulls.com, NBATickets.com, ClickTix at Bulls.com, Ticketmaster.com, NBA.com, or any other outlet approved by the Chicago Bulls.
