Bulls Agree to Robinson Buyout

November 1, 2004 – The Chicago Bulls today came to an agreement on a buyout for the remaining two seasons on guard/forward Eddie Robinson's current contract. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The Bulls then requested waivers on him.
During his three seasons with the Bulls, the 6-9, 210-pound Robinson played in 144 games and posted averages of 6.7 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 1.1 apg and 21.1 mpg. Over that span, he shot .477 from the field and .747 from the free throw line.
For his five-year career, he holds averages of 7.0 ppg and 2.7 rpg in 278 games.
Robinson was signed by the Bulls as a free agent on Aug. 7, 2001.
The Bulls roster now stands at 15.
