Bill Wennington enters his 10th season as color commentator for all Bulls radio broadcasts, while Chuck Swirsky brings more than 30 years of broadcasting experience to the team as he begins his fifth season as play-by-play announcer.

Bulls extend partnership with WRTO-AM
On October 2, 2012, the Chicago Bulls announced the extension of their broadcast partnership with Univision radio station WRTO-AM to broadcast every Bulls home game (including pre and postseason games) through the 2014-15 season. This year marks the fourth season WRTO-AM will broadcast Bulls home games in Spanish.
Omar Ramos and Matt Moreno will call all home Bulls games on WRTO-AM, with Ramos continuing to serve as the play-by-play announcer and Moreno beginning his first full season as the analyst. This season, WRTO-AM will air a weekly show called, “El Corral De Los Bulls” (The Bullpen), which will feature commentary from both Ramos and Moreno. Each week the broadcast team will recap all of the on-court action and preview upcoming Bulls matchups.

Chuck Swirsky | Radio Play-by-Play Announcer
Chuck Swirsky brings more than 30 years of broadcasting experience to the Chicago Bulls as he begins his fifth season as play-by-play announcer for all Bulls games broadcast on the Bulls Radio Network … in addition to his play-by-play duties, Chuck is the pre and post game reporter for BullsTV for all home games … Swirsky also contributes regularly to Bulls.com … Chuck can also be found on Twitter communicating with Bulls fans, including in-game “Tweets”… Swirsky joined the Bulls from the Toronto Raptors where he served as the team’s television play-by-play announcer for seven seasons … prior to that, Swirsky called the action for the Raptors radio broadcastsfor three seasons … Swirsky is no stranger to the Midwest, as his experience over the years has included stints calling games for the University of Michigan and DePaul University … he also served as sports director for WJR-AM in Detroit where he anchored the pregame and post-game shows for the Detroit Red Wings and the University of Michigan football team … Swirsky rose to prominence while serving as the sports director for WGN-AM in Chicago from 1982-1994 … he was the host of the Chicago Bears Radio Network for 10 years and held similar responsibilities for the Chicago Cubs Radio Network for 12 seasons … while at WGN Radio, Swirsky also called the action for the Chicago Sting of the NASL and extended into television as the play-by-play announcer for Northwestern football for three seasons … Swirsky was also the Bulls public address announcer from 1980-1983 … on Sept. 30, 1994 the Governor of Illinois proclaimed Chuck Swirsky Day for the state … Swirsky’s experience also took him to New York City, where he did morning-drive sports for WABC Radio and appeared Sundays on ESPN Radio talking about the NBA … in 1996, he was awarded Best Play-by-Play announcer by the AP and received the Best Sportscast Award for the state of Michigan for three consecutive years from 1995-97.
Bill Wennington | Radio Analyst
Bill Wennington enters his 10th season as color commentator for all Chicago Bulls radio broadcasts... Wennington is partnered with Chuck Swirsky to broadcast Bulls games on the Bulls Radio Network … you can also see Bill representing the Bulls at various charity events throughout the Chicagoland area … served as a mentor and Coordinator of the Bulls’ player relations program for three years(2001-2004) … was a sideline reporter for FOX Sports Net Chicago during the 2002-03 season ... a 13-year veteran of the NBA, he spent sixseasons with the Bulls (1993-94 through 1998-99), including three World Championships … a native of Montreal, Canada, Bill was also a member of the 1984 and 1992 Canadian Olympic Teams … recently inducted into the Quebec Basketball Hall of Fame and the Canadian Basketball Hall of Fame … played his college basketball at St. John’s University and was inducted into the school’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2002 … Bill and his wife, Anne, reside in Lake Forest, Ill., and have one son, Robbie.
Omar Ramos | Spanish Radio Play-by-Play Announcer
Omar Ramos begins his fourth season as play-by-play announcer for all Chicago Bulls Spanish broadcasts on WRTO (1200 AM) alongside Matt Moreno … Ramos has served as the Spanish play-by-play announcer for the Chicago White Sox for the past six seasons … he is currently the afternoon drive host of two of Univision Radio’stop stations(93.5 and 103.1La Kalle ) and weekend host on (105.1 FM La Que Buena) … in 2010, Ramos was nominated for a Marconi Award in Washington D.C. for “Best Major Market Media Spanish Announcer”… a native of California’s Central Valley, Ramos was born and raised in Tulare, Calif. (south of Fresno) … graduated with a communications degree from Modesto Junior College and FSU.
Matt Moreno | Spanish Radio Analyst
Matt Moreno begins his fourth season as part of the announcing team and his second, alongside Omar Ramos, as analyst for all Chicago Bulls Spanish Broadcasts on WRTO (1200 AM) … during the 2011-12 baseball season, Moreno and Ramos were the regular voices of all Chicago Cubs Spanish radio broadcasts, including WGN-TV SAP television broadcasts … Moreno was also a Spanish radio alternate broadcaster for three seasons with both the Cubs and Chicago White Sox … along with his announcing duties, Matt also works as a Remote Technician with Univision Radio … previously, Matt worked for two years in the overall production of a daily live Spanish morning news radio program that was integrated with Telefutura Television … Moreno has also co-hosted a sports talk radio show in Spanish … attended the Illinois Center for Broadcasting in Lombard, Ill. … Matt, a Chicago native,currently resides in Cicero, Ill. with his wife Yadira, and their two children, Jacqueline, 11, and Mateo, 9.
