Harrington Re-Signed By Chicago
Harrington appeared in 70 games with the Bulls last season, averaging 8.0 ppg and 4.2 rpg.

August 24, 2005 – The Chicago Bulls announced today the team has re-signed unrestricted free agent forward Othella Harrington.
Per team policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.
“Othella was a valuable contributor in many different ways last season. Having him back will add to the continuity of the team and further facilitate the development of our young big players,” said Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations John Paxson.
Harrington appeared in 70 games with the Bulls last season, including 28 starts, after joining the team in a six-player trade with New York on Aug. 5, 2004.
He averaged 8.0 ppg and 4.2 rpg in 18.2 mpg and shot .512 from the field.
A nine-year NBA veteran, he has played in 589 games and holds career averages of 8.1 ppg and 4.9 rpg in 21.6 mpg, while shooting .508 from the floor and .749 from the free throw line.
