ATMs at the United Center

Harris Bank ATMs are located on the 100 Level next to Fandemonium at section 117, in the Gate 4 Box Office Lobby across from section 105/106, Lexus Club Level at section 221, and on the 300 Level across from section 319.

Ballboys/Ballgirls

All candidates interested in becoming a Chicago Bulls Ballboy/Ballgirl must be between the ages of 16 and 20. Please note that this is a season-long commitment. Click here now for more information and to see list of other requirements.

Bar One

Bar One is a bar open to the public located near section 118 in the 100 level above the Ketel One Club.

Box Office

The United Center Box Office is open during the season Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. and through halftime on game days. The box office is located at Gate 4 on the building's east side.

Bucket Boys

The Bucket Boys are an extremely talented group of teens from Chicago’s South Side who have been putting their percussive skills on display throughout the city for years. First “discovered” on the streets of Chicago in 2002, the group's energy and synchronization is seen at selected Bulls home games throughout the season.

Budweiser Select Brew Pub and Carvery

The Budweiser Select Brew Pub and Carvery is located across from section 108 and is open to all ticketed guests during events. The Budweiser Select Brew Pub and Carvery opens 1/2 hour before doors and remains open one hour post-event.

Bulls Brothers

The Bulls Brothers are the entertainment duo that performs at some home games. To book the Bulls Brothers, call 630.322.8000.

BullsKidz

The BullsKidz make up the Bulls’ newest addition to its entertainment family. This group of 20 boys and girls aged 6-12 perform at six regular season games with up-beat dance routines.

CharitaBulls

CharitaBulls is the Bulls charity which raises funds to benefit children in the Chicagoland area. Proceeds are donated to non-profit youth programs in the city and other worthy causes. Chicago Stadium Club

The Chicago Stadium Club is a members-only club located on the 200 Level near section 224 with seating for 325 people. The club is open to guests holding tickets to the 200 Level only. The club may be closed during special events such as concerts and family shows.

Children's Entry

Children under 36" in height are not required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult.

Concessions

Concessions are provided by Bismarck Food Service. Coolers, bottles, cans, thermoses and food are not permitted.

Known for their enthusiasm, energy and comedic antics on the court and in the stands at home games, the IncrediBulls rev up the crowds every night the Bulls take the floor at the United Center.

Jordan Statue

The Michael Jordan statue is one of Chicago's favorite tourist attractions. All day long, and both prior to and after United Center events, people from all over the world come to visit and have their picture taken in front of one of Chicago's most famous and recognizable landmarks.

Ketel One Club (formerly the Locker Room Club)

The Ketel One Club is a private restaurant/bar for season ticket holders located near section 118 in the 100 level. Membership is required.

Lost and Found

Guests inquiring about lost articles should be directed to any Guest Relations booth, or at the end of games to the booth on the 100 level at Gate 6. Guests inquiring over the phone should call 312.455.4500.

Music

The Chicago Bulls play the song "Sirus" from Eye in The Sky by The Alan Parsons Project during starting introductions. The Bulls' most popular songs played at the United Center can be purchased on three CDs: The Chicago Bulls Greatest Hits, Vol. I, II and III.

Parking

Public parking is available on all four sides of the United Center. Parking prices range from $16 to $31 depending on the lot selected. (Buses can park in Lot B at the corner of Damen Ave. and Warren Blvd. for $26. Handicapped parking is located in Lot G on the west end of the United Center off of Damen Ave.) Parking can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival, or in advance (for $21 in Lot C, or $31 in Lot H) by visiting www.ticketmaster.com.

Photographs

Fans are permitted to take photographs from their seats. However, video, flash photography and moving about are prohibited.

Public Transportation (Metra and CTA)

Taking CTA to the United Center: #19 United Center Express buses begin/end their trips at Michigan/Randolph.

To United Center:
Buses no longer serve stops along Michigan at Chicago, Superior, Erie, Ohio, Illinois, Hubbard and South Water.

More frequent service operates from Michigan/Randolph approximately every 10 minutes (instead of every 12 -13 minutes), starting 90 minutes before events until start of event.

From United Center:
Buses no longer serve stops along Michigan at South Water, East Wacker, Hubbard, Grand, Ontario, Huron and Chicago.

Buses operate from the United Center every few minutes until one hour after events end.

Easy connections can be made from CTA train lines and three Metra terminals: Randolph St., NorthWestern, and Union Stations. Every 12 minutes starting for 2 hours before the game and buses wait for you after the game.

Seating Capacity

The United Center seating capacity for Bulls games is 20,917. Any attendance number announced above that includes standing room only tickets.

Smoking

The United Center officially became a smoke-free facility on Jan. 16, 2006. In accordance with the Chicago Clean Indoor Air Ordinance of 2005, all forms of smoking are prohibited throughout the entire building. An outdoor smoking area is available to guests during all events held at the United Center. The designated area is located just outside the arena’s Gate 7 and can be accessed by obtaining a stamp upon exit for re-entry.

Television

Chicago Bulls games are televised by WGN-TV, Comcast SportsNet Chicago and WCIU-TV. View a list of broadcast dates and times. Additionally, with NBA League Pass, you will be able to see up to 40 out-of-market regular season games a week. Games included in NBA LEAGUE PASS are in addition to those available on ABC, TNT, NBA TV, ESPN, ESPN2 and your local networks (such as a regional sports network and/or over-the-air station).

Ticket Windows at the United Center

The Box Office and Will Call ticket windows are located at Gate 4, on the east side of the building by the Michael Jordan statue. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., and on the evening of events. After Labor Day the Box Office is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. through 6 p.m., and through half-time on game days.

The charge is $20 per guest with proceeds going to the Bulls and Blackhawks team charities. Tours are limited in availability and reservations must be made in advance. Will Call

Ticket will call windows are located at the box office near Gate 4 on the east end of the United Center. Will call windows open 90 minutes prior to game time. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets.
