September 19, 2005—The Chicago Bulls will begin training camp on Monday, Oct. 3 with its annual Media Day event beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Sheri L. Berto Center in Deerfield, Ill. All coaches and players will be available to the media for interviews and/or photos and Bulls Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations John Paxson will be available for comment.

Chicago will open its eight-game preseason schedule on Oct. 11 against the Detroit Pistons at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Mich. The Bulls preseason home schedule is as follows: Boston (Oct. 15), Minnesota (Oct. 17), Milwaukee (Oct. 21) and Memphis (Oct. 25).
Following an Oct. 26 game at Minnesota, the squad will then tip off its 40th regular season on Nov. 2, as the Charlotte Bobcats come to the United Center for a 7:30 p.m. tip off.
