Requirements for Chicago Bulls Ballboys/Ballgirls

All candidates interested in becoming a Bulls Ballboy/Ballgirl, a season-long commitment, must be between the ages of 16 and 20.

Chicago Bulls Ballboys/Ballgirls Application

Age: Must be between the ages of 16 and 20, currently attending high school or college.

Time: Must be available from three hours prior until one hour after all scheduled home games. This is a season-long commitment.

Transportation: Must have safe, reliable means to and from the United Center (bus service is acceptable).

Grades: Must maintain an acceptable and current grade point average without failing any courses.

Athletics: Students participating in winter sports will only be considered to become an alternate.

Parents: Must have permission and support of parent(s) with their understanding.

Recommendation: Must have at least one written recommendation from a non-relative who knows the individual’s work habits, personality, promptness, etc.

Completed applications must be mailed to the Bulls and will not be accepted at the door. Finalists for full-time ballpersons and alternates will be notified by phone. No follow-up calls, please. A letter of recommendation must be attached to the application sheet in order to have it reviewed.
