Meet Luvabull Nikki
Hi, I'm 27 and from Homer Glen, Illinois. I attended The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. Currently, I am a student taking classes at Truman College to work towards a dental hygiene degree. I work as a dental assistant for general dentistry, periodontal surgery, and oral surgery. My nicknames are Nik, Pink, Peanut, and Kiki.
I started dancing at the age of three in the studio. I started with ballet and tap. As I got older, I started to take pointe, jazz and modern classes. Growing up, I was on dance and cheer teams throughout grade school and junior high. I was a member of the pom team at Providence Catholic High School for 4 years. While I attended Eastern Illinois University, I was a member of the Pink Panthers for 2 years. I started my professional dance career with the Chicago Rush in 2002, as an Adrenaline Rush Dancer. I was a member of the team for 6 years, and a captain for the last 3. I was a two time All-Star, Dream Team member and was fortunate enough to dance in two arena bowls… also, I was lucky enough to see the Chicago Rush win an arena bowl championship! I am more than excited to continue my dance experience with the Chicago Bulls as a Chicago Luvabull!
To always be happy with the decisions I make. To never have to look back and say "I wish I would have..." To always live my life to the fullest and enjoy every minute of it!
Three words that describe me are

Why I chose to be a Luvabull
I have been very blessed to have been a part of so many amazing experiences throughout my dance career. I have met some wonderful people, and have a lot of great memories. I chose to become a Luvabull because I wanted to continue on, building more great memories and continue to have new and exciting experiences. I feel very lucky to be able to have this opportunity and to be a part of such a long tradition as the Chicago Luvabulls.

Advice to young dancers
Always put 100% into everything you want to accomplish, inside and outside of dance. Set your goals high and work towards them. No matter how hard or trying it may get - never give up something you love. Always believe in yourself.
