What does being a member of the Luvabulls mean to you?

It is both an honor and a privilege to be a member of the Luvabulls. Having the opportunity to dance in front of thousands of passionate Chicago Bulls fans is a dream come true. I am grateful to be a part of such a successful organization and look forward to a great season.

How has your dancing experience led you to this point?

I started dancing at a young age and loved being on stage. I continued dancing throughout my youth at various dance studios. As a member of my high school dance team, we performed during pregame at a Chicago Bulls game. I remember dancing on the United Center court and knowing at that moment I wanted to become a Chicago Luvabull.

What is your claim to fame—besides being a Luvabull?

For the past 5 years I have been the head coach of a National Championship High School Dance Team. We have consistently placed in the Top 5 since 2009 and in 2011 we won the National Championship in the High Kick category.

What do you do for a living?

I own and direct a dance studio in my hometown as well as coach a High School Dance Team. On a typical day, I spend my time at the studio or coaching my team. I’ve been fortunate to be able to do what I love and can honestly say I enjoy going to work everyday.

Describe the feeling of performing at a Bulls playoff game.

Words can’t describe what it feels like to be on the court during a Bulls playoff game. The energy in the United Center is unbelievable. It is an amazing experience and a thrill I’ll never forget!

What people do you admire the most and how have they supported or inspired you as a dancer?

I admire my family. They have given me more support than I could ask for and have been there every step of the way. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I can’t thank them enough. Love you guys!

What is your proudest accomplishment to date and where do you see yourself in 10 years?

My proudest accomplishment is graduating college and opening the dance studio in the same year. Looking back, it was a crazy year with a lot going on, but I couldn’t be happier of how everything turned out. In 10 years I see myself continuing to teach dance and having a family of my own.
