I have been dancing since the age of 6. I took lessons in tap, ballet, jazz, and pointe. I danced for my high school pom squad for three years, my last year being captain. It was during high school when I was first introduced to hip-hop/funk and attended many hip-hop clinics. During my junior year, I had the opportunity to perform in the Walt Disney World Parade in Orlando, Florida, celebrating its 25th Anniversary.

At the University of Illinois, I was a member of the Illinettes Dance team for two years, cheering for the Fighting Illini football and basketball teams. I had the privilege of performing in the Superdome in New Orleans for the 2001 Sugar Bowl. I am definitely looking forward to my fourth year as a Luvabull!

I never thought I would be working with seniors, but I truly enjoy what I do, so right now, I hope to gain more knowledge and experience with all aspects of Senior Living. I would eventually like to get a Master’s Degree and be certified to teach high school Chemistry or Biology. I just hope to be happy wherever my career takes me!

To live life to the fullest, stay healthy and fit, be happy and successful in my career, and someday raise a family.
