German and Czechoslovakian
Since the age of four I have taken tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop and tumbling classes at various studios. In junior high school, I was also on a competition dance team known as the Palatine Strutters. We traveled all over for different competitions and even competed in Orlando, Florida at the Wide World of Sports. In high school, I was on the state champion cheerleading team at St. Viator High School. By my senior year, I was captain of the varsity team. I also cheered in college on a co-ed competition team. Through high school and college, I coached a junior high school cheerleading and poms team at St Peters School in Arlington Heights, coaching them to win first place at their state competition four years in a row.
You never know where life if going to take you, but to know that I am happy and enjoying whatever I am doing is definitely my lifetime goal.

I have been training with the National AIDS Marathon Training program and raised over $1600 so far for the AIDS Foundation of Chicago. It gives me great satisfaction to know that the money I raised will help the people of Chicago that suffer from HIV/AIDS and I know that when I cross the finish line on October 11th that moment will become my proudest accomplishment to date.

To own and run my own dance studio.
Advice to young dancers
When I was little I wanted to be part of the Junior Luvabull organization, unfortunately I never got the opportunity. I vowed that I would be a Chicago Luvabull when I grew up, and I did. Follow your dreams and never give up. Dreams do come true!
